Do you struggle to make time for breakfast, which is healthy, filling, and makes you feel satisfied and lean at the same time?

The only answer I have for you is to start incorporating Bircher into your life! It’s life changing! It hardly takes any time to prepare, and you can grab it on the go in the mornings, seeing that you did the prep work the night before!


1/2 cup flax/linseeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup chopped dried apricots

1/2 cup goji berries

1/2 cup chopped Medjool dates

1/4 almonds/ cashews

1 cup oats

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Mix all of these ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Store in an airtight container.

Scoop out your desired amount into a bowl/ jar/ glass and fill with plant based milk, pop it into the fridge overnight, and grab and go your breaky the next morning!
