125g cooked buckwheat
125g oven roasted chickpeas
Half cup raw broccoli
Slices of pan grilled aubergine
125g beetroot
Half an avocado
2 handfuls of mixed lettuce
Half  zucchini (Spiralized)
Grated carrot 
Red onion
Sliced bell peppers
Sliced corn
